Minimum starting salary of $50,000 for associate-level clinicians and minimum starting pay of $54,000/annually for fully-licensed clinicians! This position is located in the Wilson County School system. The Therapist is responsible for conducting screening, evaluation, assessment, and treatment to children and adults in need of services. Persons in this position may provide individual, family, and group therapy, Intensive In Home services, consultation and oversight in residential programs. They must work closely with the consumer’s physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies. This position requires the ability to work in a mutually respectful partnership with persons served to gain the skills and confidence to address any issues and problems they face. A working knowledge of practical application of supportive therapeutic approaches, group dynamics, and family dynamics is required. They may be required to attend and participate in meetings on behalf of the company and the consumer.
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a human service field and licensure by the state of North Carolina is required.
